Born and raised in Sonoma County, Martin Mendoza Cruz brings deep local roots, strong leadership, and a service-driven mindset to the real estate industry. As the Director of Excellerate Real Estate, Martin is passionate about helping clients, agents, and families achieve their goals through strategic guidance, market expertise, and a commitment to excellence. His strong understanding of the local market, combined with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, allows him to confidently guide buyers, sellers, and investors through every step of the real estate process.
Martin's leadership extends far beyond real estate. He is actively involved in his local church, where he serves through preaching, teaching, mentoring, maintenance projects, and organizing worship services for large-scale events. He currently serves as the President of Missions and District Vice President Youth Leader, roles in which he helps lead outreach efforts, mentor young leaders, coordinate ministry initiatives, and strengthen the church's impact throughout the community. These experiences have enhanced his ability to connect with people, inspire growth, and build lasting relationships founded on trust, integrity, and service.
A lifelong learner and servant leader, Martin is highly skilled in critical thinking, organization, public speaking, mathematics, and problem-solving. His faith serves as the foundation for both his personal and professional life, guiding his commitment to honesty, integrity, hard work, and genuine care for others.
Outside of real estate and ministry, Martin dedicates much of his free time to music. As an accomplished musician, he plays four different instruments and enjoys using his talents to serve in worship and community events. Music remains one of his greatest passions and creative outlets, allowing him to connect with and inspire others in meaningful ways.
