Here are some of the area’s top Fourth of July events and firework displays:

Sonoma’s Hometown Fourth of July

Starting with mimosas at 8 a.m. and ending with a vibrant, 45-minute firework display on General Vallejo Field, Sonoma‘s Hometown Fourth of July is a day-long celebration of our country’s independence. Hosted by the Sonoma Volunteer Firefighters Association, the annual event includes a morning parade and ceremony as well as three hours of live local music at Grinstead Amphitheater.

Kenwood Fourth of July Parade

Fourth of July in Kenwood is a festive day for the whole family. Get to the parade route early for the pancake breakfast and to cheer on runners as they cross the finish line during the city’s annual July 4th foot race. Then, enjoy the legendary Kenwood Parade, which features large floats and live music. Afterward, head over to Kenwood Plaza Park for the after-parade picnic and silent auction.

Cloverdale Fourth of July Fireworks

The cozy city of Cloverdale sure knows how to throw a party, and the Fourth of July is no exception! Every year, the city hosts a spectacular firework display at Jack Hoffman Field that brings the entire community and beyond together for an evening of lively celebration.

Healdsburg Fourth of July Kids Parade and Duck Dash

Every year, hundreds of families gather at Healdsburg Plaza for the Fourth of July Kids’ Parade and Duck Dash. From lawn games and Duck Dash Races to a parade around the plaza, this event offers something for everyone. The celebrations end around 1 p.m., giving attendees plenty of time to grab some food and snag the perfect spot to view the fireworks later that evening in Healdsburg.
