The Town of Windsor Parks and Recreation is excited to announce the 5th Annual Trick or Treat Trail, set to take place on Saturday, October 26, 2024, from 11 AM to 4 PM at Keiser Park. This festive event promises a delightful day of fun for families with young children, offering a safe and enjoyable trick-or-treating experience in the heart of Windsor. The Excellerate Real Estate team will be joining the festivities, so be sure to stop by and say hello!
Event Information
The Trick or Treat Trail is a free event designed for children aged 0-12 and their adult chaperones. With pre-registration required and space limited, participants can look forward to a memorable experience featuring a quarter-mile trail adorned with themed trick-or-treat stops. To ensure safety for all involved, children must be supervised at all times by an adult.
Costumes are highly encouraged, adding to the festive atmosphere and allowing kids to showcase their creativity. Each registration is valid for one child, so make sure to register each child attending the event.
Parking & Entrance
Attendees are asked to park at Keiser Park. The trail entrance is located at the back of the park near the Oak Grove. Please note that registration is mandatory, and entry will not be permitted without it. Chaperones do not need their own tickets, making it easy for families to enjoy the day together.
Registration Information
- Windsor Residents: Registration opens on Tuesday, September 24 at 10 AM.
- Non-Residents: Registration opens on Wednesday, September 25 at 10 AM.
To ensure a smooth registration process, please make sure your child’s waiver is signed prior to the registration date. New recreation accounts should complete the waiver process before attempting to register. If you have questions regarding your recreation account, contact Windsor Parks and Recreation at 707-838-1260.
Host a Booth
Local community groups, non-profits, and businesses are invited to participate by hosting a booth along the Trick or Treat Trail. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage with families while distributing candy and spreading holiday cheer. Interested parties can download the 2024 Booth Host Application and Guidelines from the Town of Windsor's website.
